Hello Andrej ,
can you please post there any additional information about your rocket and motors?
Regarding your rocket model 100 mm diameter , what is starting mass (weight) fo rocket ,
total lenght , what is the material for fins this model?
I suppose, you use engine N-3535 for this rocket?
And also weiht and dimension for your 50 mm rocket with this engine charakteristics - thrustcurve of this engine. I allow me make any calculations to better understand this models.
I´m pretty suprised yours models and engines - it looks as any Slovenian "Mini sugarshoot"!
I need process this information to have a better look about it.

Hi Andrej
I wonder function lighters, what is full and what amount?
Or as individual grains stěsnit fuel between, on the one hand, the motor is fixed to the nozzle and the second fixed lighter?

Hello Kouda
This rocket was powered with a 11.000Ns sugar motor (potassium nitrate/dextrose propellant). Casing is made from an aluminum tube (EN AW 6060 alloy) 100mm in diameter with 3mm thick wall. Nozzle is made from steel (42CrMnO4 alloy) and is retained in a casing with 12 M6 screws with conical head. Motor is ignited with a head end pyrogen igniter (see photos bellow). Propellant is cast in five segments (BATES). Casing insulation is 1,0mm thick and is made from nitryl rubber/organic fiber composite. Construction of this rocket is very simple. Basically it's just a rocket motor with a fin can screwed on one end a a short piece of tube with electronics and a parachute on the other end. Nose cone was made in a silicon rubber mold from fiberglass. GPS tracker was mounted in the nosecone.
Here are a few photos of a forward bulkhead with integral pyrogen igniter:
Here is a link to a static test of this motor:
Here is a video from a launch of a small 50mm diameter rocket I launched four years ago. It flew to 4473 meters and Mach 1,6:

Hi Andrej
My English is not so good, and I use translator.
Your rocket is beautiful work! I think there is no one among us who would reach the flight, with the parameters of your rocket. We welcome you will share with us about your experience with building rockets? What to avoid? What is your engine? Fuel?
Best Regards
Kouda

Hello friends
My name is Andrej Vrbec and I'm from Slovenia. I found this forum while searching for european amateur rocketry pages. I'm interested if there are any amateur rocket launch campaigns in Czech republic. If there are how high can you launch there?
Bellow is a few photos from my latest project that was launched in November 2012. Rocket flew to over 7000 meters and max. speed 650m/s ( about Mach 1,9):
Here is a link to some more photos and a short launch video:
